Albritton Wedding

I’ve been waiting for this blog!! Danielle, my best friend/cousin/sister all rolled into one, got married to her prince! Not only was I able to help her plan her big day, but I got to stand by her side and be one of her bridesmaids.

Danielle had a vision early on that she wanted a romantic rustic theme. We searched around and sent countless emails to narrow down her dream selection of the Ever After Barn’s newest location, the Peach Barn in Mims, FL. This was the perfect mix of rustic and romantic with an all white barn, rustic décor, dreamy lights, and wide open spaces.

The Peach Barn is an excellent property. The great thing was we really didn’t have to bring a lot of decorations in. They supplied the lights, white linen draping, centerpieces, photo booth, linens, and sweetheart table decorations. A very nice option offered there were two separate, beautifully decorated, suites for the bridesmaids and groomsmen to get ready in at the facility! The guys room even had a pool table. Perfect for some pre-wedding festivities!

While the venue did provide a lot of the decorations, Danielle added her own special touches to make the space her own. She had custom engraved wooden name plates on the chargers where each guest would be seated. Everyone thought these were so original and were able to take them home as a favor.

Danielle and Hunter also incorporated their four legged fur baby Lila into the wedding by naming the bar after her with a couple of custom signs. Danielle also found a local artist to draw a rendering of the Barn which she matted and had all the guests use as a signature book.

We worked with some amazing vendors to help Danielle and Hunter’s vision come to life. Country Club Florist provided all the floral decoration and did a wonderful job of setting up flowers all along the archway where Danielle and Hunter said their vows. It was such a windy day. However, they did an amazing job of securing everything throughout the whole wedding.

Polk Bros brought the fun with their awesome DJ skills! Our family loves to dance and tore up the dance floor that night. They also captured video and made a magical video that Danielle and Hunter will treasure forever of their special day.

I have to give a huge shout-out to my amazing husband, Drew, who was my right hand man and basically the wedding coordinator on the day of the wedding. We went over the wedding timeline and vendors together many times prior to the wedding. Drew made sure everything ran smoothly while I was getting my hair and makeup done and being with my girl. I am forever grateful to have a partner like him who always has my back!!!

In the end it was everything Danielle & Hunter wanted, a fun-filled night with the ones they love. I am forever grateful to have made so many special memories with Danielle leading up to the wedding and on her special day. I will never forget this wedding!!!
